In history Year 2 study the Great Fire of London early in the year. A wonderful diversion, if you are in London, is to climb the monument, well worth the effort for the views alone. *Please not that the monument is currently closed for refurbishment work.* The Museum of London also has a free exhibition on the Great Fire and would be a good excuse for a weekend visit to the capital!
